Beate McManus completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law at Melbourne University and partially completed a Master of Law establishing the practice in 1975 at Highpoint Shopping Centre. At its inception the practice was a fraction of today’s size.

Since then, practice has been very involved in the community at the same time as being privileged to assist citizens with a wide range of legal issues, from Business Purchases to Family Law, Conveyancing through to Criminal Matters.

Beate McManus is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, and a member of the Western and North Western Suburbs Solicitors Association.

We have several staff members who are experienced paralegals. Family members are solicitors providing continuity.
