Beate McManus is the practice principal, and is assisted by 3 very able law clerks: Maria Tomlinson, Uta Acker and Kerry Truong.

Beate completed a bachelor of arts and a bachelor of law at Melbourne University and established her own practice in 1975 at Highpoint Shopping Centre, at its inception, when it was a fraction of today's size.
Since then, Beate has been very involved in the community at the same time as being privileged to assist citizens with a wide range of legal issues, from Business Purchases to Family Law, Conveyancing through to Criminal Matters.
Beate is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, and a member of the Western and North Western Suburbs Solicitors Association.
